All Souls Primary School is holding a winter fair after school today (Friday 5 December 2014) from 3pm to 5.30pm. The winter fair is an annual event for the school where the public are invited to join parents, teachers and children in enjoying food, drink and a variety of games and other activities.
The fair is being sponsored by a local estate agent Jonathan Hudson. The school is also selling Christmas cards which have been sponsored by Sir Robert McAlpine who are building the residential and commercial development known as Fitzroy Place on the site of the Middlesex Hospital.
All Souls is a one form entry voluntary aided Church of England primary school in the heart of Fitzrovia. It has around 200 pupils from ages 3 to 11. The school serves the local community and families that travel into central London for work or college.
The school is very proud of its Grade II listed building which was built in 1908 but has been sensitively modernised to include a number of bright airy classrooms, an interactive purpose-built Foundation Stage unit, a well-resourced library, a therapy room and two school halls. There are two outdoor play areas, including a roof top playground.
All Souls School Winter Fair, 3pm to 5.30pm Friday 5 December. Entrance in Riding House Street near the junction with Cleveland Street. Admission is free with donations welcomed.
