Derwent London buy Central Cross on Tottenham Court Road

Derwent London have purchased a huge office and retail complex on Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London. The 251,000 square foot freehold site was purchased for £146m. The company intend to refurbish and develop on the site and have plans to create a business improvement district (BID) and increase retail and eateries in Fitzrovia. Continue reading
